All our products go through a rigorous quality check and approval process to further ensure production quality is maintained. Backed by extensive garment industry knowledge, our experienced and dedicated workforce also assist us to develop innovative clothes, under strict quality control procedures.

Coretextile has the latest technology in labor saving and time efficient machinery, to enable it to compete in the world market. Style analysis, risk analysis, layout planning and production targets based on standard minute values (SMV) are defined by the industrial engineering department, to ensure that planning is meticulous, and shipments are on time. Coretextile is currently producing different types of wearing apparels for the local & international market. The company has very flexible & brand new state-of-the art technology in its design & pattern making, make up, finishing, embellishment & quality control units. Currently, the factory has a total of 543 sewing machines, about 95% age of them Juki type of different varieties. The cutting unit with full size cutting table is strengthened by the design & pattern making unit, equipped with Computer Aided Design (CAD).
